Breakfast that doesn't spike you at 10am
Your breakfast is why you’re starving by 10am.
Cereal, granola bars, oat-milk lattes — they all spike your blood sugar first thing, and the crash lands mid-morning. It isn’t willpower. It’s the sugar.

The 10am problem
You ate breakfast. So why are you hungry again?
Because most breakfasts are dessert with a health halo.
- ✕ A “healthy” granola bar with 14g of sugar
- ✕ Cereal that leaves you foraging by mid-morning
- ✕ Skipping breakfast entirely, then overeating at lunch
- ✕ Coffee doing the work your food should be doing
Start the day with food that holds, not food that spikes.

What a real customer said
“I was really surprised to find a snack with such clean ingredients. I tried other healthy products and they all have either cane sugar, natural flavors, or some sort of gums and fillers hidden in the bottom of the list… I felt satisfied by the serving size (2 bites) and got to lunch/dinner time without starving. The consistency is crunchy and chewy at the same time… I enjoyed the flavor and the fact that they are not too sweet. Easy to eat and gave me quick energy without feeling bloated.”

Before you ask
The honest answers
What does hibiscus taste like?
Bright and tart, closer to berry than floral. It divides people — several reviewers loved it and one specifically didn’t. If tart isn’t your thing, our Cacao Goji bites are the chocolate-forward option.
Is this actually a breakfast?
It’s a light one — two bites are 120 calories with 4g plant protein and 3g fiber. Plenty on a morning you’d otherwise skip eating altogether, and it won’t spike you. If you want a full breakfast replacement, our bars are 240 calories with 10g protein.
Are they sweet?
No — deliberately. The only sweetness comes from dates. No cane sugar, honey or syrup on top, so they taste like fruit, seeds and cacao rather than dessert. Reviewers who wanted a sweet treat were disappointed; reviewers who wanted a clean snack weren’t. Worth knowing which one you are.
What’s the texture like?
Dense and chewy with crunchy seed pieces — one reviewer put it somewhere between a rice crispy and fruit leather. It is not a soft brownie bite, and it is on the dry side. If texture is a dealbreaker for you, this is the thing most likely to put you off.
Why did my bag arrive as one clump?
Because there’s nothing in them holding the pieces apart — no gums, no anti-caking agents. Bites press together in transit, especially in warm weather. They break apart by hand, and twenty minutes in the fridge makes it cleaner.
$11.99 a bag seems like a lot.
It is more than a supermarket snack. Dates, hemp, chia and cacao cost more than syrup and soy isolate — that’s most of the difference. With this offer you’re paying $8.99 a bag, and there’s no subscription to cancel.
Do they need refrigerating?
Not required. We recommend it — chilling firms them up and keeps them from pressing together — but a cool, dry cupboard is fine.
Tomorrow morning, try something that holds.
